1 - Conditions of admission and stay<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

To be admitted to enter, settle or stay on a campsite, you must have been authorized by the manager or their representative. The latter is required to ensure the proper maintenance
and good organization of the campsite as well as compliance with the application of these internal regulations. Staying on the campsite implies acceptance of the provisions of these regulations and the commitment to comply with them. No one may elect domicile there.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2 - Police formalities<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Minors unaccompanied by their parents are not admitted. In application of article R. 611-35 of the code of entry and residence of foreigners and the right of asylum, the manager is
required to have the customer of foreign nationality fill out and sign, upon arrival, an individual police form. It must include in particular:
Name and first names;
Date and place of birth;
Nationality;
Usual address;
Children under 15 years of age may be listed on one of the parents’ records.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3 - Installation<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Outdoor accommodation and related equipment must be installed in the location indicated in accordance with the instructions given by the manager or their representative.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

4 - Reception office<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The reception office provides all the information on the campsite’s services, information on food supply options, sports facilities, tourist attractions in the surrounding area and various
addresses that may be useful. A system for collecting and processing complaints is available to customers.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

5 - Display<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

These internal regulations are displayed at the entrance to the campsite and the reception office. They are given to each customer who requests them. For classified campsites, the
classification category with the mention of tourism or leisure and the number of tourism or leisure pitches are displayed. The prices of the various services are communicated to
customers under the conditions set by the decree of the Minister responsible for consumption and can be consulted at reception.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

6 - Departure procedures<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Customers are invited to notify the reception office of their departure the day before. Customers intending to leave before the reception office opening time must pay for their stay the day before.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

7 - Noise and silence<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Customers are requested to avoid any noise and discussions that could disturb their neighbours. Sound equipment must be adjusted accordingly. Door and trunk closures must be as discreet as possible. Dogs and other animals must never be left free. They must not be left on the campsite, even locked up, in the absence of their owners, who are civilly responsible for them. By Article 211-1 of the Rural Code and the implementing ministerial decrees and orders, category 1 “attack dog” dogs (pit bulls, etc.) are prohibited. Category 2 “guard and defence” dogs (Rottweiler, etc.) must be muzzled and kept on a leash by an adult (Article 211-5 of the Rural Code). The manager ensures the peace of its customers by setting times (10 P.M. to 7 A.M.) during which silence must be total.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

8 - Visitors<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

After being authorized by the manager or their representative, visitors may be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the campers who receive them. The customer may
receive one or more visitors at reception. The services and facilities of the campsites are accessible to visitors. However, the use of this equipment may be subject to a fee, which must be displayed at the entrance to the campsite and the reception office. Visitors’ cars are not allowed in the campsite.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

9 - Traffic and parking of vehicles<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Within the campsite, vehicles must drive at a speed limit of 10 km\/h. Traffic is permitted from 7:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. Only vehicles belonging to campers staying there may drive on the campsite. Parking is strictly prohibited on pitches usually occupied by accommodation unless a parking space has been provided for this purpose. Parking must not obstruct traffic or prevent new arrivals from settling in.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

10 - Maintenance and appearance of facilities<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite and its facilities, particularly toilets. Throwing waste water
on the ground or in the gutters is prohibited. Customers must empty wastewater into the facilities provided for this purpose. Household waste, waste of any kind, papers, must be
placed in the bins. Do not leave bulky items near the containers, a recycling centre card is available at reception. Washing is strictly prohibited outside the bins provided for this
purpose. Hanging out laundry will be done, if necessary, in the communal tumble dryer.
However, it is tolerated until 10:00 A.M. near the accommodation and pitches, if it is discreet and does not disturb the neighbours. It must never be done from the trees.
Plantings and floral decorations must be respected. Do not plant nails in the trees, cut branches, or plant anything. It is not permitted to demarcate the location of an installation
by personal means, nor to dig the ground. Any repair of damage caused to the vegetation, fences, land or facilities of the campsite will be the responsibility of the person responsible.
The pitch that has been used during the stay must be kept in the condition in which the camper found it when entering the premises. Only one accommodation vehicle is accepted per pitch with the possibility of pitching one or two tents maximum depending on the size.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

11 - Safety<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Fire<\/strong> \u2013 Open fires (wood, coal, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Stoves must be kept in good working state and not used in dangerous conditions. In the event of a fire, notify
management immediately. Fire extinguishers can be used if necessary. A first aid kit is located at the reception desk.
Theft<\/strong> \u2013 Management is responsible for objects deposited at the office and has a general obligation to monitor the campsite. Campers remain responsible for their own installation
and must report the presence of any suspicious person to the manager. Customers are invited to take the usual precautions to safeguard their equipment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

12 - Games<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

No violent or disturbing games may be organized near the facilities. The common room cannot be used for dangerous games. Children must always be supervised by their parents.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

13 - Unoccupied equipment<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

No unoccupied equipment may be left on the site without the management’s agreement and only in the location indicated. This service may be subject to a charge.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

14 - Violation of the internal regulations<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

If a resident disrupts the stay of other users or does not comply with the provisions of these internal regulations, the manager or their representative may orally or in writing, if they deem it necessary, formally notify the latter to cease the disturbances. In the event of a serious or repeated violation of the internal regulations and after formal notice by the manager to comply, the latter may terminate the contract. In the event of a criminal offence, the manager may call upon the police.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The client agrees not to rent out their pitch or the facility located there. Any subletting is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
